Responsible for promoting and enforcing P2P processes throughout the business, working with Procurement, P2P and Business Units to standardise processes to ensure P2P Best Practice. Facilitate training of new starters and refresher training; by supporting the P2P trainers to deliver consistent training. Including requisitioning, receipting, Inventory Management and Month end reporting. Ensuring correct Materials masters and codes are used to drive accurate accounting and reporting. Currently working on a smaller scale project with process excellence and visiting all sites across the U.K. Promoting best practice. This also includes P2P how to buy and workshop style sessions, building up long lasting relationships with operations.

As a key member of the Tarmac Buying Team, I have enjoyed supporting and driving the roll out of the Purchase to Pay programme since the merge of the newly formed Company in 2013. Currently I look after the on-going performance management of all sites, taking Bulk raw materials to ensure adherence to business rules.
