Primary responsibilities include: planning and preparing lessons and overarching scheme of work. Monitoring progress. Developing innovative and creative lessons and increasing quality and achievement.

Creating resources and teaching learners the required skills necessary to work towards the Functional Skills assessments and GCSE maths qualifications.

Reading Regulations and Pension Updates and amending the company's technical documents and training delivery to staff on the changes.
