Throughout my role with C21 Canada, I played an integral part in switch over of website/CRM/listings host from WhereToLive.com to Real Estate Webmasters. Acting as an end-user tester, tasked with verifying weekly bug fixes, and reporting on more inconsistencies found in pre-production website. Collaborating with technology firm T360 and our new platform hosts, Real Estate Webmasters, on fixing bugs, errors, or interpretation of RFP to get to a production product. Ownership of Google Workspace Administration franchise-wide (over 10,000 users) to ensure security and provisioning timeliness in G-Suite daily. Reporting oddities received within ServiceCloud ticketing system regarding any technology partner to the appropriate Helpdesk or contact. Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure issues with live real estate listings are resolved in a timely manner. Liaising with 3rd party vendors to discuss ongoing changes and updates, also investigating ongoing issues to facilitate a solution.

Provide Major Accounts team with support in a timely and courteous manner. Being in a self-lead role, having to prioritize based on needs of the region or National groups, staying after shift when needed. Maintaining internal inbox, including daily coaching to front-line agents, lead assignments, payment solutions, etc. Act as the main point of contact for external property management companies/internal sales consultants to book orders, answer any inquiries or assign sales consultant to continue negotiation. Maintain and update internal sites and tools relative to the Major Accounts department. Identify the current process and create improvements to ensure sales are implemented effectively and efficiently for our clients.
