Work with the Director of Retail Training to develop and implement training material for our Showroom and Customer Love associates. Focus on product, sales, and operational training material that our associates will need during customer interactions. Creating a companywide consistency in training is a key to our success. Work closely with our LMS support team, Lessonly, to implement a new learning platform, as well as continue to improve functionally and resources for our internal team. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we created virtual selling tools to assist our customers, while not being able to interact with them in person. We also revised our post-purchase customer experience and created new processes to create consistency with our associates, as well as providing a quicker resolution time for our customers.

Work with team members at multiple levels across the FSO - Advisory practice to ensure the continued success for our people. Utilization of technology and a flexible communication style is an every day requirement. Main systems that are used are PeopleSoft, MDS, People Insights, and SucessFactors. Main projects involve the Performance Management and Development Process in regards to Mid-Year and Year-End performance reviews.
