Driven by the desire to face new challenges, I have a passion for management and implementing finance strategies. I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, focusing on management and minoring in finance. Throughout my college career, I have continuously obtained skills within the classroom through teamwork and group projects. Outside the classroom, I have also gained hands-on experience working as a Sales Associate and mentoring children.My current job keeps me busy but has allowed me many leadership opportunities. I oversee athletes' training in a way that fits each athlete—assessing the athlete's performance both in competition and training while continuing to improve. I have learned how to communicate with kids of all different ages, as well as how to coach effectively and professionally.Being a coach has taught me to communicate effectively, compromise, work hands-on, and find ways to solve problems. I am interested in part-time and internship experiences that allow me to learn new skills and grow professionally.
