Sanitizing and deep cleaning equipment and restrooms. Giving a tour of the facility and explaining facility rules, equipment uses, hours of operations, and the benefits of each membership. Singing up customers for a membership and handling current membership accounts in person and over the phone. Answering phone calls and giving information about the facility and selling merchandise.

Deep cleaning restrooms. Dusting machines and disinfecting them. Moping, sweeping, and vacuuming.

I was required to make a quota of 300 pieces an hour by hanging clothes out on the floor by gender, color, size, collar, sleeve length, and material type and length when it came to hanging bottoms. I exceeded my quota by 100 and received an award of excellence for my productivity. I also helped to train new employees for the same position.

I helped the client with daily tasks that the client could not perform on her own. Tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and sometimes feeding. I also accompanied the client to the grocery store and doctor's appointments and helped with administration of medications and kept the house clean and organized.
