My role is to manage the Middleware deliverables for technology/infrastructure projects following standard project management techniques suchas Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and planning and estimating. Service Transition Assistant in GNS (Global Network Services)Key responsibilities in this role included, assisting with the identification and clarification of both the asset management and reporting process within GNS, creating management report packs for a new service, critiquing and updating operation manuals both internally and for 3rd party suppliers and reviewing and supporting the RCA (Risk Control Assessment) process.Supply & Demand Co-ordinator in the PMC (Project Management Centre)Within S&D I was responsible for allocating project manager and dealing with any escalations that occurred from senior stakeholders. I also undertook line management responsibilities for a junior member of the team and was actively involved in the Group wide S&D initiative, including process updates and resource alignment.Assistant Portfolio Manager in the Offshore Portfolio (GID)Within this role I was responsible for delivering a number of transformation programmes that transformed the current processes within this area and are now fully operational. I also gained exposure to MI &Reporting to Senior Execs, Service Management and Stakeholder Management

During this role I was project manager for a number of projects including a SharePoint utilisation project and hardware upgrade projects. My responsibilities in this role included, chairing project meetings, gathering customer requirements, project planning, forecasting and budget maintenance, team and task management and communicating with stakeholders. This work has developed my communication, time management and organisation skills.
