My love for seeing individuals succeed has a led me to pursing a career in HR and Recruiting. I am an Illinois State University Graduate with a degree in Psychology, minor in Business Administration and earned a Human Resources Management Certificate.Since graduating, I have had the opportunity to develop my professional skills through a Disney college program internship. During my time with the Walt Disney Company, it taught me confidence and guest relations skills that are now being transferred into my recruiting career. I thrive in an encouraging, team and fast paced environment. My goal as a professional is to test to boundaries and implement new ways to enhance not only myself, but my company. There is always something new to learn and I have the motivation to do it.
