I recently graduated from Merit America's IT support program with a Google IT certificate. I am working to master diagnostics and general technology knowledge to land a new career in tech. In the past, I have worked as a manager and lead stylist in corporate salons and have experience in team building and development, goal setting, problem solving, and running business reports. I briefly owned my own small business where I learned how to market myself and grow my company. I helped a new company grow by organizing marketing and social events and bringing new ideas to the owners. I believe I would be an asset to a company with my excellent personal relatability and problem-solving skills. I enjoy helping people and strive to make their lives easier. Working in the beauty industry has made me appreciate making people feel good about themselves, and I believe working in tech support and helping users resolve their issues would have a similar outcome.I enjoy spending time with my family and helping my fiancé work on cars.
