In 2004 Managing Director Samantha Rowland (then Samantha Conroy) entered real estate property management for one of Australia’s leading Sales Brands. It was only when Managing Director Samantha Rowland was approached by frustrated client after frustrated client after going on maternity leave did it become apparent how much landlords truly appreciate genuine, consistent hands on service to the point where they had personally tracked her down and asked her if she would consider going into business for herself – and thus Passion Property Management was born.

I am currently working part time as in Client Support and as a Personal Assistant to Tristan Rowland, a lead agent with Place Estate Agents Annerley.This is a great opportunity for me to spend time with my growing family while working from home. My main focus is working with investors/tenants so that I can continue my skills in Property Management while assisting as part of Tristan's team in sales.

I managed a portolio of up to 150 properties which included but was not limited to; routine inspections, leasing, marketing, lease renewals, general enquiries of owners and tenants, listing new properties, etc.

Used my skills and knowledge in the property management industry to set up the recently purchased property management department.I also worked at the core face of property management on a daily basis; conducting routine inspections, processing maintenance, marketing for new business and signing up new business, letting properties, processing all functions of the trust accounting and generally any property management related enquiry.

During my time with Plumb Property I quickly advanced from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager.I did a range of property management duties including managing all aspects of the trust accounting and the daily tasks of property management.I was also representing Plumb Property in the market place conducting rental appraisals and signing up new business to Plumb Property.
