- Led implementation of an integrated shared service model for the operational support functions of North America QHSE.-Managed the North America QHSE Measurement Solutions product line

-Led the North America quality integration for the Technip and FMC Technologies merger.-Assessed over 40 locations in North America to baseline the new organization in current status and enable data driven decisions.-Assisted senior management in establishing regional objectives and strategies to ensure the regional alignment with corporate initiatives and identify opportunities/gaps in the regional execution such as formation of a shared service model.

• Managed a team of 3-4 project quality engineers for assigned Portfolio including defining & executing strategic objectives for Customer relations within the scope of quality.• Supported the department's improvements through standardization of processes including manufacturing records, ITPs, and quality plans.• Executed Project Quality Engineer responsibilities (see below) for one of the Portfolio's projects.• Lead a global team of quality engineers in reviewing and updating FMC quality specifications such as visual inspection, product handling/packaging, and API monogramming

• Lead quality assurance within assigned projects which entails managing project quality, approving project supplier documentation, assisting in developing customer contract quality requirements, developing and monitoring quality metrics, and being the customer's central contact for all quality related issues.• Served as a member of the FMC and Customer action team for supplier documentation and MRB improvements.

• Supported assigned assembly area which entailed implementing Lean techniques, conduction Root Cause Analyses, managing routings, and assisting in Quality Notification resolution.• Served as Houston Project Lead on two global projects including Standard Work Alignment Process, and automating the tree tube bending processes resulting in an average tree lead time reduction of 4.8 days and an anticipated cost reduction of $10 million dollars over 4 years.• Managed local projects including implementation of computerized chart recording, shop tool development, process documentation, and implementation of computerized time charging impacting assembly safety, quality, delivery and cost.
