Responsibilities include:- Creating and maintaining the restaurants online and social presence and marketing. - Arranged client events, end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction and budget use. - Evaluate supplies by assessing quality, timeline and compliance of delivers, to maintain tight cost controls and maximize business operational efficiency.- Managed and allocated staff and internal and external resources to meet production key performance indicators (KPI's).
