I have been in the insurance industry since 2011. I currently work for the Knights of Columbus in the Unclaimed Property Divison of the Member Benefits Department. On a daily basis I am tasked with researching, analyzing and documenting various pieces of information as it relates to open death claim cases. As an employee in a management role I am in constant conversation with various colleagues and provide assistance and guidance as needed. I regularly assist the supervisory team with the review and quality check of claims and give my approval for payment to be issued. Over the years I have taken many LOMA courses and have obtained the ALMI, ACS and AIRC designations. Most recently I completed all required courses through the International Claims Association to earn the designation of Fellow, Life and Health Claims. I am very motivated to continue my education and further my knowledge of the insurance industry
