As operations manager and program manager for Rombit North America, I am responsible for everything from logistics to customer success. I also oversee internal standardization of quotes, procedures, and marketing materials. I prepare quotes and presentations for internal and external use. I am also responsible for filling orders and preparing equipment for demos and industry shows. As an engineer, I am also responsible for updating firmware and troubleshooting equipment as well as conducting tests for product development.

Primarily working with GM, I am the product engineer for control arms, overseeing many programs from quote to service. This includes effectively communicating not only between Multimatic and our customers, but internally between our divisions as well to ensure all of the program objectives are met accurately and on time.

As co-owner, I took care of accounting, marketing, employment, licensing and regulatory affairs, and graphic design. I also helped with inventory, supply management, operational efficiency, and daily operations such as operating the cash register and assembling orders.

As a counselor, I organized and led a Korean culture program for kids between 12 and 17 years old, managing a team of 4 -6 other counselors in the process. I was also responsible for cabins of 8-12 girls ranging from middle to high schoolers. As director, I oversaw the program development of the week-long camp program, as well as assigning teams to execute daily activities. I also oversaw and organized camper registration, assembled counselor handbooks, and was responsible for the safety of all our staff and campers.
