Digital and Transformation Support Officer. Promoting and supporting a GP practice to adhere to primary care requirements as stated in the NHS long term recovery plan.

I worked as a reports and registration administrator. Processing patient and third party report requests in an accurate and timely manner. Liaising with patients and GP staff. I maintained an accurate report logs and provided the practice manager with information as required for the end of the financial year. I processed registrations with accuracy and in a timely manner enabling patients to be added to the practice patient list.I moved onto being a Work flow administrator. I processed letters from third party providers, ie hospitals/pharmacy, following correct processes and procedures.

Administrative Assistant at a busy Care Home.I was responsible for supporting the Home Manager with administrative tasks including, completing audits on residents property, condition of rooms, care plans and following correct procedures as required. Ordering supplies for the home including cleaning and food items.Liaising with the home caterer to create seasonal menus for the residents. Supporting the home manager in meetings and recording accurate minutes. Producing a monthly newsletter and sending out communications as required to residents and their families.
