- Lead teacher in the 2 1/2 - 3 year old classroom. - Plan and implement weekly lesson plans that go along with a monthly theme. - Communicate with parents on a daily basis on the progress of their child developmentally - Conduct conferences twice a year. - Keep records and complete daily observations of each child in my care. - Attend monthly meetings, staff training and conferences.

- Worked with children from ages 9 months-4 years. - Worked in three different classrooms; infant, toddler and preschool.- Assisted teachers with carrying out lesson plans, took over if lead was absent.- Provided a safe, fun and education environment for all children. - Communicated effectively with parents about their child's day.- Hosted several events for parents and children such as, graduation and family fun nights. - Attended monthly staff meetings and training as well as quarterly YMCA meetings.
