Oversee style development and work closely with designer to develop illustrations for storyboards and design samples. Maintenance of style portfolios, codes, and files according to M&J Wool product types and brands. Maintenance of the M&J style, block and pattern resources and technical specification files. Supply technical advice and support to the Production Department. Provide technical assistance to the Production and Planning Manager. Monitor Quality control across multiple M&J brands. Measure and report on size sets for local and offshore production.

Coordinate the development of new products in line with the target market and brand philosophy. Ensure new concepts fit with production issues and cost constraints.Source raw materials to bring new products to market.Pattern Making, Grading and Sampling.Data provision of specifications, machinery and order of assembly.Provide training to team wherever necessaryYields and material usage calculations.Provide direction for Quality Control measures.
