Managing the commercial business for Global and UK chainsMy key responsibilities inc:-• Management of a portfolio of accounts worth £660million/year including over 850 hotels.• Grew the profit of my accounts in 2019 by 9.5% YOY 2.7% ahead of UK Market • Management of account projects, new products, and roll-outs of a sale for example. Driving actions and implementations for local account managers• Plan, organize and host monthly / quarterly, business reviews with key partners & engage at a variety of levels, including Directors, E-commerce Managers, VP’s, CEO’s & Owners. • Analyse market trends across the UK to identify growth potential & bring value to the business through innovation

• Sales responsibility for 204 Bedrooms, restaurant & bar, meeting facilities for up to 200 & a gym• Managed the rebranding of the hotel from Thistle, to Hotel Collection to Ibis Styles.• Maintain and grow existing corporate client base & developed new direct business through research and penetration of each account• Identify strategies to secure profitable conference, meetings and banqueting business pushing agency resources to ensure growth year on year. • Follow up all direct sales leads in an accurate and timely manner to maximise revenue• Drive direct revenue to meet and exceed budget expectations

• Managing and developing our existing accounts database • Driving all sales leads and sign up of local business for corporate rates within line with budget, sales strategy and forecast.• Achieved a weekly target of 100 sales calls, 3 appointments & 2 corporate sign-ups• Responsible for Christmas 2013, I secured over 700 covers exceed 2012 figures by 450 covers
