-Originate and book high net worth loans processed by Morgan Stanley financial advisors. -Execute due diligence when underwriting securities-based loans during loan origination and booking to ensure clients’ eligibility and compliance with corporate policies.-Verify and process collateral reviews and rate exceptions requested for loan underwriting and booking.-Analyze clients’ pledged collateral accounts for financial risk such as unsettled trades and margin debit balances.-Serve as a liaison between MS Bank and their wealth management department and offer direct support to Morgan Stanley financial advisors and private bankers.

•Control and maintain collection on past due invoices and chargebacks for numerous accounts. •Maintain accounts on a daily basis by releasing orders and off-setting credits and unapplied monies to these accounts. •Report monthly A/R report to the Director and other related inter-department. •Work with customer and internal departments on resolving any invoice or chargeback issues
