12 years experience in the financial industry starting in service, moving into sales and finally into management. I used that decade to build strategic relationships, learning how to motivate those around me, embracing change and exploring authenticity. I bring energy and passion to everything that I do. I strive to show others that the industry is changing and we all have a place within it. As a past member of the Heart committee and a current Employee Engagement committee member, I focus on client satisfaction, employee engagement and community outreach. As a member of Women In Leadership I focus on building personal brand, growing reputation and inclusion. As a past member of the Strategic Initiatives committee I implemented regional focuses at a district level furthering my impact as a branch manager. As a leader, I work to see the proud look of an employee when they accomplish something they set out to do. 🩵
