Delivering Procure to Pay Business Process Training whilst monitoring and enforcing approval matrix for Indirect Spend. Vendor Management through consolidation, evaluation of new vendors and creation of new Vendors in Master Data. Building relationships with Vendors creating alignment with Bio-Rad new Procure to Pay Processes.
