As a member of the quality assurance team for Schaeffler Group, I improved pre-existing processes for the Cheraw Automation department. I also designed, trained, and implemented new processes based on six-sigma and 5S lean manufacturing ideologies. The purpose of the processes was to reduce error, time, and cost across the department.
