• Works closely under the agency's Senior Account Executive and assists with managing her client accounts wherever needed• Completes regular work for a variety of client industries such as Wells Fargo financial advisors, Wahl hair products, internet provider companies, and livestock product creators• Dedicates hours to researching industries and information about clients and current markets. This research is then communicated either internally or to the client in a way that’s easy to understand• Creates, hosts meetings for, and has conversations about cohesive creative briefs to communicate to the creative team what the client needs• Works very closely with a variety of roles in the agency - graphic designers, copywriters, and other account executives, for example. Communicates messages and updates between them and clients• Reviews internal work for copy edits or typos• Performs weekly advertisement tracking and counting for various clients• Schedules meetings and is attentive. Occasionally leads meetings• Creates invoice requests for clients• Create cohesive presentation decks that display information and analytics• Have worked with various programs such as Workamajig, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, Google My Business, Google My Maps, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
