Convert interested patient leads and physician referrals to orders for Aria products. Obtain and review all required information and medical documentation to ensure timely processing Educate others on our products and available insurance benefits. Demonstrate a thorough command of all Aria Health products, related product, and technical knowledge. Maintain a working knowledge base regarding billing, documentation, and reimbursement guidelines/ issues, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, Other Third Party, and contracted payers. Contact, educate and inform patients on the health benefits of Aria product. Educate patients, clinicians, and staff on insurance coverage of Aria products. This includes both financial responsibility as well as coverage criteria. Contribute to a high performing team INOVA LABS INC. Provide insight in meetings and suggestions for continuous improvements and best practices, process improvement and product development.
