-Establishes plans and sets goals to improve the club’s community service initiatives and member experiences-Increased active club membership by 31% compared to the previous year-Communicates with sponsoring Alumni and Kiwanis organizations to establish good relations with the community

-Lead and supervised committee chair members, providing guidance as they learned to grow into their leadership roles-Helped committee chair members plan and run community service events and drives-In the absence of the president, tasked with their duties which include, but are not limited to, heading meetings and helping other Executive Board members

-Provides TCNJ students with learning and tutoring services to aid them through academic challenges-Accumulated over 116 hours of on-the-job tutoring experience and 17 hours of tutoring training classes that addressed how to meet the needs of multilingual, emergent bilingual, and neurodiverse learners

-Served as a kindergarten camp counselor and was responsible for helping other age groups when needed-Collaborated with other camp counselors to develop daily activities, crafts, and games for campers-Dealt with camper conflicts by developing solution-based strategies that adhere to the camp's values -Ensured the safety of campers while in public and on over 15 outside field trips

-Worked as a team with other aftercare assistants to plan and lead activities such as crafts, reading, and outdoor play for the students (ages 18 months to 3 years old)-Ensured that the classroom was kept clean and that meals or drinks were properly distributed-Acted as a substitute aftercare assistant to the infant classroom when needed (ages 6 months to 18 months)
