Managed a team of full time qualified Youth Workers. Design of educational programmes for schools and youth groups on Citizenship and Democracy, Refugees and Asylum Seekers, Peer Mentoring, Health Education. Coordination of co-production project with young people of Youth Involvement Charter which was adopted by youth agencies across Northamptonshire. Successfully applied for a variety of grant funding.
