Use horses to provide therapy for people with disabilities: Riding, grooming, social interaction with other riders. Work with: Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD/ADD, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.Work as a team with volunteers and other instructors to provide therapy. Delegate specific tasks to volunteers, assign appropriate horses to specific needs of rider and manage usage. Generate lesson plans, lead horses, sidewalk, aid other instructors; accommodate changes in schedule.

Provide case management & maternity case management under supervision of LCSW. Complete comprehensive assessments for new patients. Provide triage care for veterans in crisis, including safety planning. Attend monthly social work department meetings & multidisciplinary team meetings within the clinic. I helped prepare students for college through specific study methods and group study. The new model for study was called AVID I assisted the classroom teacher by supervising and assisting students and facilitate group study. Assist the teacher in grading papers and assignments. Acted as a mentor and role model to students to help them realize their potential.

Assist students who are struggling with their subjects. Work one-on-one with students who are on academic probation. Stay in weekly communication with students to assist and guide them in problem areas.Coordinate my activities with the director of the Academic Success Center. Students in this program have improved their GPA average by 1.5 points
