•Collaborate with procurement to organize project budget and track expenses through sampling and into production•Assemble reviews with manufacturing engineering to ensure design for manufacturability across multiple facilities•Oversee outside contractors completing design work•Coordinate meetings with team and customer to ensure project remains on time and on budget•Track customer changes to scope of initial project for history and engineering profile

• Assist customers with motor selection for their specific application• Construct bill of materials, drawings, and builds of custom ordered motors to meet customer needs• Organize meetings with Sales Representatives, Engineering, Customers, etc. to discuss customer goals and manufacturing capabilities• Troubleshoot product failures or problems with customer equipment• Assemble motor control samples and perform testing of motor and control• Evaluate motor control software • Give technical support to manufacturing processes • Create 3D models for customers to import into their system to check the mechanical fitment
