I have achieved this through carrying out regular coaching, observation and feedback sessions, the success of which is evidenced by positive branch risk visits.I played an instrumental part in our relocation for which Harlow branch was a huge success as one of the first open plan concept branches in the country. I have continued to lead my team, educating our members to being open to other channels of banking with us and utilising our digital transformation programme.

I became Branch Manager at the Sheerness branch, where I developed my Mortgage interview skills whilst studying for my CeMap qualifications in my own time.I successfully increased our Banking business and Financial Services protection and investment product sales substantially over the 4 years I was Branch Manager there.

I was promoted to Standalone Customer Service Manager in West Malling which was twinned with Maidstone branch. I led a small team and was also very much customer facing also carrying out mortgage appointments.

I started my Nationwide career as a Customer Advisor in Maidstone, providing an excellent customer service mainly completing counter transactions whilst seeking to make them better off and remaining compliant
