I am happily married to my best friend and the proud mom to a lab mix and some backyard chickens. I am addicted to Crossfit, enjoy growing our own vegetables, and love spending summer weekends at the lake with my husband and our dog, Sally. Professionally, I am a board certified veterinary neurologist with a passion for solving problems in the industry that I love. I believe that veterinary professionals should be given the tools and resources to create happy, healthy, fulfilling careers. I am a country girl at heart, and I have lived and trained in some areas of the country that are located hours from the nearest veterinary specialist. No matter how remote an area is, the pets there deserve access to the highest level of veterinary care, and I wanted to find a way to bring it to them! After working in private practice as a neurologist, I discovered an opportunity to create a tool that makes providing remote access to veterinary specialists effortless for primary care vets all over the world. Now, I get to pursue my true calling as a startup CEO, as Stratocyte works to provide specialty care to every pet everywhere.
