As the previous PIC left without a succesor, I was given the task to revive and reconstruct the volunteerism, internship, and scholarship systems. For scholarship matters, our organization partnered with the Sunway team for the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Community Scholarship (JCFC), and we later on started our own scholarship. Since our organization was looking into donor relations, I fully set up the system and later handed it over to the Donor Relations Staff. I also co-coordinated the distribution of our quarterly newsletters. Task includes:• Handling the whole process from application to placement and transferring of departments.• Coordinated the scholarships, finding candidates, contacting orphanages, applications screenings, preliminary interviews, coordinating Orientation Day (Thematic Learning), coordinating yearly Sunway Open Day.• Managing the donor relations database, PR, updating, reporting, upgrading the software with the software developer.• Coordinating weekly gatherings for our organization.
