I love creating exceptional member experiences and relationships that will not only guarantee their own success in their fitness journey, but generate an atmosphere that others can thrive in as well. My passion is in helping new club members balance fitness with the constant ups and downs of everyday life so that they can be the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. It is my priority to find a genuine connection with every new member that walks through the front door and use that to strengthen their trust in my knowledge as an experienced Fitness Concierge and Personal Trainer. I look at each new client as an opportunity for myself to grow as a coach; to not just hear what they want and need, but understand their individual “WHY.” Figuring out what is really driving that need to lose the weight, run a marathon, or improve their mobility allows me to help them see past the surface goals and find the strength to get them to the finish line and beyond. When a new member not only has an enjoyable transition into our fitness world but also realizes their self imposed limitations are unnecessary, then I’ve done my job.5% of people who join a gym actually reach their goals.
