• First role in Tiger Films created for Production Management• Coordinate every aspect of all Tiger Films content which include but are not limited to promo videos, film premiere’s, theatre opening nights, Q&A sessions, interviews and TV adverts • Introduced live OB’s to the Tiger Films list of services – managed 2 successful OB’s via satellite for eOne and one live stream for Motown the Musical• Oversee all work in the department from pitching through to client delivery, liaising with the client throughout and overseeing edits to ensure clients needs are met along side the Creative Director• Look after all elements of Production Management including Budgets, Call Sheets, Risk Assessments, Client & Freelance Databases, Job Trackers, Cos Trackers, Invoices, Edit Schedules etc.• Manage all social media & marketing – DMS & Tiger Films websites, Twitter feeds, Facebook and external newsletter• Submitting spots for clearance and delivery for TV and Cinema via Clearcast, DCM, IMD, CAA & BBFC

• Working closely with Production Manager and Production Assistant to coordinate all aspects of a variety of projects• Setting up shoots including booking crew, contributors, equipment, feeds, travel, accommodation, visas and carnets• Complete and submit all required Post-Production paperwork• Preparing call sheets and risk assessments• Managing budgets and cost tracking• Raising POs and processing invoices• Arranging clearance of archive material and music

• Coordinate a variety of programmes to be ready for TX on a number of Discovery’s channels• Collate and process post-production paperwork• Ensure all programmes have been ‘reversioned’ where necessary to meet channel requirements/restrictions with necessary edits not having negative impact on content• Process and approve invoices and troubleshoot late running tapes, scripts etc.• Attending occasional shoot to ensure smooth running of Production and support Director to complete shooting of all required content

• Organising all logistics for events in UK and around the world – crew, equipment, travel, freighting, carnet and visa requirements • Liaising with the Tournament Director for event whilst working closely with the client • Coordinate Post-Production team to deliver highlights shows to Sky, ITV and Total Sport Asia • Cost tracking including forecasting, budgeting and processing invoices • Working across coordination of Outside Broadcasts, magazine shows, highlights shows, promotional videos and content for YouTube channels• Petty cash– requests, distribution, reconciliation and tracking • Onsite at events – plan and request interviews and features with Players and Staff, liaise with off-site Producers about required content• Coordinate production of content for features, content for YouTube channels, promotional videos as well as other projects
