• Conducting assessments and listening to call recordings of call centre agents.• Training and coaching team of call centre agents by identifying developmental areas.• Improving first call resolution in call centre by training agents on various aspects including taking ownership, telephone manner and etiquette and dealing with irate customers.• Identifying broader industry trends and integrating these into agent training material.• Dealing with angry customers and escalations.• Writing monthly quality reports.Reason for leaving: Company relocated its Cape Town operation to centralize operations in Pretoria.
