As Human Capital Manager for Europe and Asia, I am accountable for the day to day HR functions including employee engagement, retention, talent recruitment, DEI and policy. My purpose is to create a positive and supportive experience for employees. I advise regional and global stakeholders on HR matters so it could be anything from acquisition, employee relations to helping the business get the best out of their people. In addition, I am responsible for our employee benefits programme which includes wellness initiatives along with insurance policies such as health, life and disability. As part of the Global DEI Council, I play an active role in supporting our business to be a leader in terms of diversity, equality and inclusion, strengthening our culture and a great place to work

From 2005 to 2014, I was the Administration Manager for Fixed Income and Commodities businesses ensuring first class administrative support was provided to over 1200 trading floor staff. Prior to this I had roles with JPMorgan as a Business Continuity Relationship Manager and Office Manager.

I provided full administrative support to a small marketing team who was responsible for the sale and acquisition of mortgage portfolios and courting of building of societies.
