I am a Senior Digital Customer Manager and I offer innovative media solutions to SME’s, helping them to grow and transact with their customer base and showcase their products and services. I deal with my customers over the phone using online demonstration software. I provide marketing solutions that include e-commerce, online/print advertising, SEO, Mobile, Social Media and Websites. For 5 years I was responsible for the acquisition of new customers. I created my own leads, through contacting cold data, over-coming early objections, completing comprehensive fact finds to understand their business needs. I would then provide package based solutions whether through digital media to help grow and maintain their business. I am currently responsible for managing the accounts of existing customers, again finding out what their business needs are, where they lie in the ever changing digital landscape and identifying ways in which they can grow or maintain their business through digital marketing. The role involves close contact with my customers and identifying new needs and growing their advertising spend through numerous digital packages.
