As a VISTA (volunteer in service to America) my role is to help alleviate poverty, specifically in the American Indian community in the metro Denver area. My responsibilities at Four Winds American Indian Council include; grant writing, fundraising, project development, volunteer recruitment and management, social media management, advertising, administrative work, capacity building, and building community connections.

-Responsible for completing zoning and permitting risk assessment/recommendations matrix of LTE deployment scenarios for all targeted jurisdictions-Assists the site development team with completing the Z/P process for site modification-Meets or exceeds forecast dates set by the team-Manages Site Acquisition Vendors when necessary for special zoning/permitting needs when required-Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements-Executes Quality Plan - ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to Client-Resolves complex zoning, or permitting issues -Analyze municipal and national codes and requirements to ensure that accurate application submittals lead to timely approvals

Responsible for monitoring and controlling access to residence halls. Checking residence ID, register residence and their guests in the residence software system. Also enforce housing policy, assist in emergency response situations.

Gathered and formulated data and maps using geographic information systems for the analysis of schools in the Englewood and West Englewood community areas Analyzed school policy and placement in regards to population and income

Collected and organized data for the analysis of foreclosures in the Pilsen community area Created maps using geographic information systems to represent changing demographics and housing availability in the Pilsen community area
