As a community manager, I develop and implement communication strategies, organize and participate in digital events for community building purposes, analyze performance indicators and monitor social media traffic to determine the effectiveness of created content.

I was part of a social and digital channel assisting the youth to create their tomorrow through providing the necessary experience to help them effectively compete in the job market..Main Tasks and Responsibilities1. I assisted the Channel Manager with tasks related to the 232 brand ambassadors under the program for example; record keeping, weekly scheduling of brand ambassadors at the different service points, market storms and stock taking, in collaboration with the accounts office.2. I also did sales and marketing of Vodafone products and services for example MiFi routers, phones and data bundles.
