WWF-US Food Team: I developed and led WWF's Hotel Kitchen program, reducing food waste in the global tourism and food service industries. I contributed strategically and completed projects with partners, including the American Hotel & Lodging Association, The Rockefeller Foundation, Hilton Worldwide, Royal Caribbean Group, Sodexo Global, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Starbucks, the Canary Islands (Turismo de Canarias), U.S. Embassy in Jamaica, Center of Responsible Travel (CREST), Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (SHA), and the UN One Planet network. In 2023, the Hotel Kitchen program was profiled internally as an example of Inclusive Conservation practices. WWF-International Food Practice: I developed and coordinated WWF’s Our Circular Food Future Global Initiative and Community on Food Loss & Waste, including WWF experts and partners from countries including Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Turkey, and Zimbabwe. I maintained relationships with other global strategic leaders on food loss and waste, including at WRAP, ReFED, NRDC, BAMX, Global Foodbanking Network (GFN), and UNEP. I supported proposals to funders, including the US EPA, P4G, Global Methane Hub, and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

I worked on sustainability projects for the DC Department of General Services, including waste stream analysis of the DC Department of Parks and Recreation Summer Meals Program and installing five honeybee hives at the University of DC Muirkirk Research Farm.

I served as a sustainability educator and implementer on behalf of the American University Office of Sustainability, and supported management of the American University Arboretum and Gardens on behalf of the American University Office of Facilities Management.
