I facilitate and support learners who are participating in the San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training.

I oversee the recruitment, training and recognition elements for Peer Education at SFU, as well as support Peer Mentorship programs and other personal / professional development programs for students. I provide support, training and guidance for experienced peer educators as they take on additional responsibilities as peer coaches, as well as specialized.

Collaborating with the Population Health Promotion team at BC Women's Hospital, my current project focuses on the distribution and positioning of a women's health risk assessment tool. This included conducting an environmental scan and scoping review of current literature on web-based health risk assessment tools, as well as the development of a business.

I managed the SFU fitness centre, programs and led an amazing group of over 75 student fitness leaders (trainers and fitness instructors).

A unique opportunity to work on special projects within SFU Recreation. I re-authored the department's strategic plan, spearheaded the conversion of the website to a new sitemap and managed multiple social media platforms.

Managed the SFU Youth Programs and Summer Camps program, including 90+ summer camp staff, collaborated with over 30 different summer camp groups and managed a budget of over $1M. This included marketing, budget allocation, selection, training, performance evaluation and program evaluation.
