As Director of Social Operations, I cover all things from influencer marketing, social media management, and SEO content delivery. I work to develop influencer and social media management programs, including cross-collaboration with other departments, that prioritize client objectives. I work to recruit and manage relevant influencers for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.In my leadership capacity, I handle correspondence between clients, internal teams, and influencers to prepare for successful campaign execution, including influencer marketing programs and organic social media management. My team also manages end-to-end campaign programming from the proposal stage through reporting, adjusting and evolving as needed.

During my years blogging, I wrote about topics related to family life, parenting, recipes, digital scrapbooking, and special features, along with writing blog posts, reviews, and running campaigns on behalf of sponsors. My work allowed me to connect with major brands such as Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Disney Pixar, and Best Buy, as well as collaborate with fellow bloggers and public relations representatives through various blogger campaigns. I successfully created and maintained a blog Facebook page, while managing and expanding audiences across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. Additionally, I appeared on ABC 7 Chicago, NBC 5 Chicago, and Fox 32 Chicago to promote family-focused outdoor products, gift-giving ideas, and back-to-school essentials.

As an Influencer Network Coordinator at Sway Group, I was responsible for finding influencers within the community and connecting them to relevant campaigns and client work. From vetting influencers to creating lists for client review, my responsibilities in this position included the need for attention to detail, creating correspondence that is both persuasive and professional, and negotiating rates with potential influencers to maximize a client's budget. In addition, I was responsible for creating the company newsletter that introduced opportunities to the community.

As a Senior Community Coordinator, I was responsible for internal and external meetings pertaining to new clients and campaigns. In addition, I was responsible for securing influencers for campaigns using criteria determined by the company as well as the client to execute successful digital campaigns both through blogs as well as additional social media channels. As a remote position, the work was highly independent and required attention to details, complex calendars, as well as an ability to be persuasive, but professional throughout emails and when attending meetings. My work in this field including partnering with brands such as Coca-Cola, P&G, and beyond.

As an adjunct professor at Trinity Christian college, I was responsible for preparing lesson plans and researching textbooks for entry-level American Government and American History courses. I would administer assignments and examinations based on the coursework. I was also responsible for weekly lectures, in-class student connections, as well as assessing students based on grading criteria from the department.

As a paralegal with Dixon Law Office, I was responsible for preparing legal documents in anticipation of litigation and for ongoing litigation. I developed relationships with professionals at all levels of the court system, including but not limited to attorneys, clerks, and judges. I was responsible for the schedule and calendar of the lead attorney, including but not limited to meetings, court appearances, depositions, trial preparation and beyond and assumed the majority of responsibilities as his assistant.
