• Forecast annually and quarterly inventory needs to determine buying needs to ensure availability• Manage a diverse team spanning customer service, logistics, contracting, and sales• Achieve revenue and profit objectives by introducing new products per plan, ensuring COGS are at or below budget, meeting product (implants and instruments) commitments to customers, and controlling inventory costs• Develop strategic direction for the supply chain and provide clear leadership in the business by working collaboratively with suppliers who are vital to the success of our organization• Work with Product Development to roll out new products that meet desired performance, safety, manufacturability, marketability, and cost criteria• Travel to customers, vendors, trade shows, and between facilities
