I provide specialist Air Force Air Mobility advice, training and assistance to the Army.

As a Subject Matter Expert, I have showcased my Loadmaster skillset, having been upgraded to a Loadmaster Instructor in 2020. I extended our Loadmaster capability through instruction, training and performing refreshing training for up to 30 personnel with other qualified members who were uncurrent.I attained the Good Show Award for a Safety Event in 2019 for breach identification in loading procedures and structural limitations by unqualified personnel and undertook remedial action.I performed Lead Loadmaster duties on deployment, and I was accountable for all loadmaster-related tasks and management, including personnel, administration, cargo loads and movements management, tactical requirements, rostering, daily tasking, and general duties.

I successfully completed my initial Loadmaster course and provided appropriate course development feedback before conducting higher-level training in the form of airdrop.As a Trainee, I had undertaken Loadmaster Initial Qual (LIQ) loadmaster and airdrop training courses and conducted course validations with a heavy focus on aviation safety. During this time, I operated flight simulators and machinery during training.

I was pivotal as the only full-time female Career Counsellor specialising in mentoring and guiding femalesdesiring to join the Australian Defence Force (ADF). I was highly reported on annual performance reports as possessing the highest levels of candidate care.
