I am a senior at the University of South Carolina in the College of Nursing. I have participated in many academic, service, and professional organizations during my undergraduate years, such as the Student Nurses Association, University Ambassadors, and Dance Marathon. My time in each of these roles has improved my interpersonal skills and helped to prepare me for those relationships in the healthcare field. I have completed two semesters of clinical experience in the hospital setting with time spent in the step-down trauma unit, emergency room, pediatric intensive care unit, labor and delivery unit, and medical-surgical unit.
