As an Account Manager my role requires me to uncover marketing and business goals for leading global, regional and national business across Australia, and identify and present relevant Rokt solutions to meet these needs. This role not only focuses on campaign management, but is also heavily focused on relationship management and retention in order to achieve incremental growth of clients across my portfolio.Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate seamless campaign management and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across some of Australia’s leading brands such as Kogan, Ticketmaster, AGL, Latitude Financial and many more.• Build short and long-term strategic plans between advertisers and major e-commerce partners to leverage the intuitive and artificial intelligence that the Rokt platform provides.• Distil complex technical information to lay audiences. • Data analysis, optimisation and reporting to track campaign performance to ensure their full delivery and develop strategic, data-driven campaign initiatives. • Delivering strong Return on Investment for clients in the increasingly competitive digital landscape.• Implementing and analysing A/B split tests to ensure the most optimal campaigns.• Foster the training and development of the Account Executive.

As part of L’Oreal’s flagship Management Trainee Program I was involved in a structured 18-month program which offered 3 x 6 month rotations throughout the four divisions of the business. During this time I was exposed to a range of business functions that fostered my learning and development across a broad range of transferrable skills such as project management, data analytics, problem solving, and communication and presentation to internal and external stakeholders.My rotations included six months each with Matrix (Marketing), Variety Channel (Sales) and Category management, before moving to Chemist Warehouse as a management trainee with account executive tasks and KPIs.
