Co-Founder, Captain and athlete of NSCgg (New School Crew).NSCgg was a all women’s esports team focused on reaching the highest peak of women’s esports performance and developing a healthy ecosystem within the women’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) esports scene. NSCgg made it to the 6th best women’s team in the world, and 3rd best in Europe. We also made it on to the leaderboard of the male teams, ranked just under the 190th best team in the world.NSCgg had one goal since the start of the project, to manage, lead and evolve the talents of young women in esports to the top of the scene. It took us two years with no financial support to be top contenders for the best in the world.I managed our social presence during this period.
