My responsibilities included helping the managing attorney set up and organize the firm. I set up and maintained all of the office procedures, accounting/AP/AR (Quick Books), time keeping (Timeslips), filing, and general office systems. I also assisted in the preparation of correspondence, memos, and simple and complex legal briefs. I was responsible for docketing and had extensive knowledge of Oregon federal and circuit court systems and filing procedures.
