Teaching girls ages 6 - 16 Cybersecurity, Block Coding, and Website Development.

• Gathered MVP requirements and decided on appropriate technologies to create the first version of the Zayah Health Platform. • Led the Frontend initiative to build a React and Typescript application and rapidly prototyped an onboarding experience including login with Firebase.• Collaborated with Backend Developers to determine a way to communicate through a gRPC API and store medical data in a FHIR database.

• Served in a cross-functional role as both a Product Designer and Senior Frontend Developer to audit the ThinkLP platform and pinpoint high-impact changes aimed at enhancing customer experience and streamlining implementation time. This involved designing user experiences in Figma, configuring Salesforce Organizations, and developing custom Lightning Web Components. • Identified a need for customers to access support information directly within the platform, which would help the Support and Implementation teams resolve common configuration and onboarding issues more efficiently. Designed and developed an in-platform Help Center that not only decreased support calls but also empowered customers to easily find the information they needed within the ThinkLP platform.

• Worked on an agile development team to implement web-based solutions for Bungalow using VueJS. Ongoing work included building features into the Bungalow.com marketing website, Resident Payment Portal, and Homeowner Portal.• Identified a need to eliminate the time spent manually emailing over 200 Homeowners the rental status and updates of their home. Lead the Frontend initiative to build a Homeowner Portal where Bungalow Homeowners could view the rental status of their homes, detailed statements, and historical information. • Worked extensively within the Resident Payment Portal (used by over 2500 residents) creating features where residents could view and download important documents, make payments, and view detailed statement breakdowns.

Girl Geek Dinners Waterloo Region was a monthly dinner and networking series for those interested in Geeky topics. Each month we partnered with a local technology company to see their space, come together for a hot meal, and enjoy a presentation. • Led a team for 4 - 6 that partnered each month with a local technology company to see their space, come together for a hot meal, and enjoy a presentation. • Grew the local community to over 1400 members through fostering relationships with companies, speakers, and members.

• Worked within the D2L corporate website (D2L.com) to implement web marketing solutions in PHP, Vue, and Wordpress. • Created HTML email components and layouts in Hubspot that worked across all devices and browsers.• Collaborated frequently with D2L’s Accessibility Tester to ensure fully accessible web experiences were created.
