• Team Lead of two team members, providing skills guidance, feedback, and project workload distribution• SME and Project Manager for annual performance review cycle, resulting in a 300+ page report with people data that is the primary resource for all annual salary increase and promotion decisions for ~200 people• Internal HRIS product owner and systems development SME (UI/UX, user requirements, UAT, and data validation) for: o Maintenance and enhancements of functionality for internal SQL HRIS application o Development and enhancements of PowerBI dashboards for diversity and performance• Primary analytics SME for people and diversity data for the Executive team and Management Committee• Project and process manager for other Talent Management initiatives and operations
