As Service Dispatch Coordinator I am one of the first points of contact for UK customers to schedule maintenance visits and reporting breakdowns for scientific instruments. This includes logging the call via SAP through to planning and scheduling the workload of Field Service Engineers within the product group that I am responsible for.My duties within this role include;• Working with installation coordinator to schedule new instrument installs and manage the engineers schedules • Plan and schedule breakdown visits with customers ensuring contractual response times are met• Planning and scheduling maintenance visits, plus arranging quotations for repairs, servicing and relocations• Working with Distribution Centre to ensure parts are available for customer visits and have been shipped to the correct location, liaising with the planning team to get updates on out-of-stock parts.• Liaising with Service Manager/s to resolve customer or resource issues where required• Working closely with Accounts Receivable, processing credit card payments and invoicing via online portal and resolving invoice queries and arrange credit notes where required• Logging customer calls on SAP and delegating and allocating tasks as required

I was part of the Personal Loans Admin team, processing customer applications from the point of the application being accepted (accepts) to the release of funds. This involved sending out loan agreements, checking for any discrepancies to ensure customer affordability and screen for any evidence of fraudulent applications.
